Section 1. A prenatal is defined as any human being from conception to birth. Section 2. The right to life shall not be denied to any prenatal, infant, or child. Section 3. All prenatals, infants, and children shall have the equal protection of the laws. Section 4. Termination of the life of a prenatal, infant, or child shall not be legal in the United States nor in any State. Abortion shall not be legal in the United States nor in any State. If the prenatal's life can be saved by no other possible option than by risking or allowing the death of the mother, then the prenatal's life must be saved. Section 6. Human cloning for any purpose whatsoever shall not be legal in the United States nor in any State. Section 8.
